Collaboration

Organizations, projects, agents — all in one place.

Create an organization, invite your teams, open as many projects as needed. Every project ships its own boards, wiki, AI agents and files, with clear roles and permissions.

Organizations & roles

Group your teams inside a shared organization, with owner, admins and members. Files, subscription and AI credits are pooled at the organization level; a project can move from one organization to another.

Isolated projects

One project = one self-contained space: boards, wiki, todolists, agents, files, scheduled tasks. Real-time sync between members, local cache for offline work.

Per-project AI agents

Every project can embed its own AI agents, with their skills, predefined prompts and access to MPC tools. Mention them in a message, comment or ticket — they can also consult each other.

Features

Everything you need to run a real project.

Kanban, wiki, todolists, messaging, voice, transcriptions, scheduled tasks, local workspace, connectors, shared files: every brick is integrated and synchronized between members.

Kanban board

Configurable columns, drag-and-drop, numbered tickets, sprints, epics, versions, story points, checklists, time spent and burndown.

Wiki (documentation)

Nested pages, editor with "/" commands (headings, tables, code, checklists, files…), Mermaid, Graphviz and PlantUML diagrams rendered locally, block-anchored comments.

Shared todolists

Personal or team lists, multiple assignees, collective completion, subtasks, built-in Gantt and JSON import/export.

Messaging & agents

Direct chats and groups composed of humans and AI agents. Threads, mentions, quoted replies, pins, reactions, predefined prompts, detachable windows.

Scheduled tasks

Schedule an agent or a function at the interval or the days+time you pick. Live terminal, timestamped color-coded history, per-device activation.

Local workspace

A local folder per project, browsed, edited and versioned from the app. Your agents can read, write and run shell commands — under control.

Files & attachments

Attach files to tickets, wikis, todos and messages. Built-in viewer for PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, JSON and code. Files open in an isolated viewer: active formats such as HTML or SVG are never executed inside the app, they are offered as downloads instead.

Skills & scripts

Create reusable skills and sandboxed JavaScript functions. Your agents compose their tools from the skills you give them.

Global search

Cmd/Ctrl+K opens a unified search: tickets, sprints, epics, pages, todos, members, agents, chats. Notifications, badges and detailed sync.

Voice conversations

Dictate your messages or call an agent: it answers out loud, you interrupt it by speaking, and the call can keep running in the background. 100% local speech recognition.

Meeting transcriptions

Live transcription on your machine (Whisper), AI-generated notes, project glossary, export to the wiki, a ticket or a todo. Audio never leaves your computer.

Notion & Jira connectors

Connect your accounts via OAuth: your agents search, read, create and update Notion pages and Jira issues. Encrypted tokens, revocable at any time.

AI agents

AI agents that actually do the work.

Build your own agents in every project, equipped with skills and predefined prompts. They read the wiki, handle tickets, write to your workspace, run shell commands, schedule reminders and talk to you or to each other.

FAQ

What people ask us most.

What is My Project Company?

Collaborative project management software that brings kanban boards, wiki, todolists, messaging, meeting transcriptions and scheduled tasks into a single app, desktop or web, driven by your own AI agents.

Which platforms does it run on?

The desktop client is available for macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel), Windows (x64) and Linux (AppImage ARM64), with signed auto-updates. A web version, usable without any install at app.my-project-company.com, is currently under development.

Which AI models can the agents use?

Agents are multi-provider: Claude, GPT, Gemini, OpenRouter, NVIDIA, Hetzner Inference, 1min.ai, local Ollama, Claude Code and Codex CLI. A fallback chain automatically retries another model when one is unavailable.

What can the AI agents do?

They read and write the wiki, manage tickets, sprints, epics and versions, work in the project’s local folder, run shell commands under control, search the web, use Notion and Jira, run scheduled tasks and consult each other. You can type or talk to them.

Are my meetings and my voice sent to a server?

No. Speech recognition and meeting transcription (Whisper) run on your machine: the audio never leaves the computer.

Can I work offline?

Yes, with the desktop client: it works offline thanks to a local cache of your projects. Online, everything syncs in real time between members.

Are shared files safe?

Files shared in a ticket, wiki page, todo or message open in an isolated viewer. Active formats such as HTML or SVG are never executed in the app or the browser: they are served as downloads. File contents are not altered, so stay careful with macro-enabled Office documents you then open in your own software.

Is it an alternative to Jira, Trello or Notion?

My Project Company covers, in a single tool, the everyday use of a kanban board with sprints (like Jira or Trello), a documentation wiki (like Notion or Confluence) and shared todolists, with built-in AI agents. You can also keep your existing tools: agents connect to your Notion and Jira accounts.

How do I contact support?

From the app, through the help menu "?" → "Contact the administrator". Your message reaches the publisher directly, with the app version and platform. Live service availability is on the Status page.
