Terms of service
These terms govern your use of My Project Company ("MPC"), the application and related services. By creating an account, you accept these terms.
Purpose of the service
MPC is a collaborative workspace offering kanban boards, wiki, todolists, messaging, scheduled tasks, local workspace, shared files and AI agents. The service is provided "as is", under continuous improvement.
Account and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the actions performed from your account. You must have the legal capacity to contract and comply with the applicable laws when using the service.
Content you create
You retain full ownership of the content you publish in MPC (projects, wikis, messages, files…). You only grant us the license required to host it, display it to the authorized members of your organization and synchronize it across your devices.
AI agents usage
MPC's AI agents call third-party language models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek, etc.) based on your settings. Each call consumes credits billed at your organization level. You remain responsible for the content you submit to these models and for how you use their answers.
Prohibited uses
- Using the service to publish or distribute unlawful, hateful, defamatory content or content that harms third parties.
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent security measures and organization isolation.
- Running load tests, massive scraping or any manifestly disproportionate use of the service without our agreement.
Availability and incidents
We use our best efforts to keep the service available. The live status and ongoing incidents are published on /status.
Termination
You can close your account at any time from within the application. We may suspend or close an account that does not comply with these terms, with prior notice when possible.
Changes
These terms may evolve. In case of a material change, we will notify you within the application or by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the publisher's registered office.
